I checked the bellows and They give the impression of being fantastic (except exhaust bellow). To get about the Safe and sound aspect I took it to a small boat fix shop. They took a "speedy search" to discover if they may see what it had been, they agree the bellows, change boot, etcetera are ok but have not looked at it enough to diagnose the trou
